Barra Farm offers traditional, hosted bed and breakfast accommodation nestled on the hillside amongst a country garden on 15 acre property.
Our guest suite comprises one luxuriously large room with

- tea and coffee
- hair dryer
Barbecue facilities are provided outside.
The suite is external to the main house but under the same roof.
Undercover car parking is located directly outside the door of the suite.
Maximum guests - one couple.
$120 double per night, including full cooked breakfast delivered to your suite by your friendly hosts
$110 double per night with continental breakfast
$100 double per night - room only
Please enquire about discounts for stays of 3 or more nights.
For bookings made by phone or email (ie not using online booking engine) -
- Your booking may be confirmed by payment of a deposit of $50 per room
- This deposit will be refunded where 48 hours notice of cancellation is given, less $10 handling fee
For online bookings made via our online booking engine -
- The payment process is completed at the time of booking
- Where 48 hours or more notice is given of cancellation, a fee equivalent to 20% of the total booking value will apply
- Where less than 48 hours notice is given of cancellation, a fee of 50% of the total booking value will apply
Check in time 2 pm, check out 10 am, except by prior arrangement
